1. Subscription Payments

All payments made for LeadX subscriptions or services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement. By subscribing, you authorize LeadX to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until that time.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. However, exceptions may apply in the case of:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Technical issues preventing use of the service (verified by our team)
  • Special cases approved by LeadX management

4. Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends and billing begins, standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting LeadX first may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team to resolve billing disputes.

6. Changes to Policy

LeadX reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a “last updated” date.
